3. Service Areas
Our services are available in Union County and Essex County, New Jersey. Service availability outside these areas may be limited and subject to additional charges.
4. Appointments and Scheduling
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We strive to provide accurate time estimates but cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to the nature of HVAC service work.
- Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather, emergency calls, or unforeseen circumstances
- We will provide reasonable notice for any schedule changes
- Emergency services are prioritized and may affect non-emergency appointments
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible
5. Pricing and Payment
Pricing

- Estimates are provided in good faith but final costs may vary based on actual work required
- Emergency service rates may apply for after-hours, weekend, and holiday calls
- Additional charges may apply for parts, permits, or specialized equipment
Payment Terms

6. Warranties and Guarantees

- Being present during service calls when possible
