• Air Filter- Clean your air filter – doing so can lower your air conditioner’s energy consumption. You should wash your reusable filter or replace disposable filter once per month.
• Clear area around the outdoor Condensing Unit – Keep vegetation at least three feet away from the unit so air flow is not restricted. This  includes raking up leaves from around outdoor unit .
• Set Thermostat normal Comfort Temp- Setting the air conditioner to a colder-than-desired temperature doesn’t cool down your house any quicker – it just keeps the unit running longer and harder than necessary. So, set it to where you want it. Set to around 78°.
